Brunovský Albín
(1935 - 1997)
Slovak painter, illustrator and graphic artist Albín Brunovský studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bratislava. Later he also worked there as a professor and rector. In addition to painting, he was active in free graphic art and worked in many different techniques. He also produced a number of smaller prints for postage stamps, ex-libris and banknotes. He also worked as an illustrator, and his drawings are included in some of the works of Hans Christian Andersen and Miguel de Cervantes.
